Waxing salons, or centers as they often call themselves, either solely offer waxing or a few other complementary services. These are the growing franchises in the United States. Here we cover the highlights of these companies including what makes each unique and links to reviews when we got de-fuzzed there.
European Wax Centers
With over 657 locations when this article was written, waxing services is the only item you'll find on their menu for both him and her. Bikini waxes are offered for women, but unfortunately, not for men.
All European Wax Centers use the same hard wax, developed in Paris specifically for their company and have a no double dipping policy. Also carried is their own line of products ranging from ingrown hair serum to brow powder.
Their pricing is pretty competitive-- $18 for a brow wax, $47 buys a women’sBrazilian bikini wax and a full men’s back wax costs $58.
Your first wax is free. Women can choose from a brow, bikini line or underarm wax, and men have the option of removing hair from the ears, brows or nose. You’ll just need to be a local state resident and show a valid ID.
